The similar index analysis for NCR and Bangalore shows a growing increase of 26.1 percentage and 24.9 percentage each. O!.... Good to see that Bangalore at number 2 but land rates become very expensive. It will be a problem for middle class people.. we should take initiative when they are creating new layouts or housing board.

Bangalore I sat 2nd position in real estate because some builders searching cheap lands and constructing the apartments and selling at very reasonable price.
